It is not necessary, but we welcome you to! The cleaner your vehicle is, the easier it is to prepare for paint. Like most car paint shops, we do ask that you refrain from shining the tires if you do choose to wash them.

Vehicle paint jobs usually take car paint shops about three to five days, but if additional services are selected or prep work is needed, the current workload at the location plays a part in the turnaround time. You can add a couple of days if you have a significant amount of bodywork, need replacement parts, or if your vehicle requires extra preparation to repair existing paint damage. When you are ready to schedule your repair with car paint shops, we will be able to provide more detailed timing for you.

Unfortunately, like most car paint shops, we do not file insurance claims on behalf of our customers.
